With that knowledge I was able to take some speculation about how the sfrom format would store graphics data try and confirm it. Like I said it's a hack I think similar to the star ocean one. I'll give the canoe one a try, but not panic if it's still laggy. The only other alternative is distributing the whole file, which I'm not up for. Does the emulator have some kind of patching system at all? Thinking of how best this stuff should be implemented for end users. Have a question about this project? I am using win 10 in paralells on osx, any helpful hints are appreciated. If that's what kind of stuff you're looking for, here. Hopefully cluster implements it properly. The work you and and others are doing has genuinely brought me quite a bit of happiness. If the base game won't play at all, decompressing the graphics won't fix that.
I didn't provide it because there's no need to. The game features some minor changes to the gameplay, but it still remains the same as the traditional Street Fighter game. As a side note, i've never assumed nor speculated anything, or waited for someone to do the job. But yeah I was hoping you or someone else could figure out some magik to get it to load ;. I have the correct rom, applied the pcm patch but when i drag it onto the make sfrom.

The issue boils down to the same issue as other non-chipped games. It doesn't play at all. So how did I find that it works on canoe? Basically this snes vc data.
You can see right after the end of the regular rom dump if you remove the snes vc header at the top then compare it to the one from a real snes. I can't keep people waiting anymore. If not prompted then copy the name of the sfrom that was originally in this folder, then delete the file and rename the one you just copied over to the name you copied from the other. Or pinned it on reddit. People really should only use retroarch if they have to. There may be a hope if we can better understand the preset ids and find one that works, or maybe hack canoe in some way. Although it has the same title as the modern 3D streetfighter game called Street Fighter V, the hack does not have any feature of the modern game and is still based on the original the movie Street Fighter: The World Warrior. It's basically exactly the same. As i've said - nothing new. I was hoping for that first, but couldn't keep people waiting any longer. I rebuilt my headers, packed in the graphics, and tried different things until suddenly it worked! From there is just been a couple days waiting and planning. I appreciate your help on this specifically, and the work you do in the community generally. What really was and is, because DarkAkuma didn't provided it unknown is preset id for canoe. But that's not the case. It's just a bad port. It doesn't need much explanation.

The thing is it doesn't have a snes vc header at the bottom too so that would need to be added using a hex editor. Wonder if it needs another file to help it load.
